My education was in Electronic Engineering. I then sold books for a while (at the time when people used to read encyclopedias). I got into technology, with IBM, and later into information systems. That brought me to the Receivables Management and Debt Collection industry, where I have had high-level jobs in software development. We started Quantrax in 1988, and we are still around. Quantrax developed AI-driven software for receivables management over 30 years ago. We have the only "expert system" for the collection industry, and it is spectacular, proven technology.It is heartening to note that our struggle to change this industry has not gone unnoticed. While other companies focused on sales, we traveled down the more expensive path of innovation. It has paid off. Our line up of collection robots gave the industry the first opportunity to dive into realistic and effective AI-based solutions. Our Reg-F options for US collections, were comprehensive and automated.
