Assigned to work in Sharaf DG LLC, Dubai - United Arab Emirates as an L & D team. The main project handled was on the Sharaf DG Learning Platform, DGLearn – Axonify. It is an adaptive micro-learning digital platform launched for all employees in Sharaf DG stores in MENA region utilizing AI technology. Ranjani supported in understanding and managing the back- end processes of the platform. She aided in creating training content, data processing management and other administrative L&D activities.
