- Scanning, processing and reviewing of the invoices received from EY Global entities.- Processing, reviewing and posting (to the GL codes) more than 90 invoices/vouchers each day with 100% accuracy.- Processing employee expense claims (reimbursement).- Processing International currencies and Payments.- Uploading the invoices in the database and getting on time approvals from the budget holders/departmental managers.- Processing AP Reclass.- Acted as First Point of Contact for all Accounts Payable related queries.- Preparation of accrual and reconciliation reports.- Recording the Credit Memo issued by the supplier and adjust with the Debit Notes.- Processing Manual Payments every week.- Ensured supplier invoices are paid on time and adhered to the payment terms and SLA (Service Level Agreement between EY and the Global EY Clients).- Run Open Voucher report every week to ensure all invoices that are due are picked up in the pay cycle and ensure vouchers are paid and closed.- Taking immediate action on On Hold vouchers and invoices.- Interactions with the budget holder/departmental managers and suppliers via phone and email.- Preparation of Process Documentation.- Effectively communicate with and respond to all queries that hold up processing and payment of an invoice.- Multi-tasking during Month End and Year End without compromising on Quality.- Other responsibilities includes Cross Team and Class Room Trainings,- Grooming the new recruits into the process flow for team growth and performance.- Assist the Seniors and Managers for preparing the process documentation and Green Belt Projects.
