I am an MBA professional with over 20 years of experience in the areas of Global Account Management, AML/CFT and Strategy. Industries that I have served and therefore am very proficient in includes Banking (Retail, Corporate and Correspondent), MSB, Travel Services, Corporate Secretarial, Accounting and Training Companies. I have always exhibited excellent relationship management skills through development of solid partnerships that includes Fortune 500 leaders, Top Tier Banks, Mid Tier and SME related corporates. My natural instinct to cross-sell keeping risk in mind has led to steady growth at all of the organizations I have served which has resulted in me exceeding annual KPIs' much as 150% throughout my career. I am very committed to a solution based approach and have a reputation for Integrity, Satisfaction and Results. In addition, I have increasingly gained recognition within the AML/CFT Industry across a range of industries and have been invited as a speaker for various conferences that includes ACAMs. This has resulted in me being recognized with several awards during my tenure. Given my diverse experience, I sit on the board of well reputed companies as well being on the approved list of directors to be on the board of Financial Institutions with the Monetary Authority of Singapore.I believe in giving back to the community the experiences I have gained over the last many years. In that regard, I hold the post of Chairperson, Singapore on behalf of the International Trade Council, where I work to promote cross border trade between corporates around the world. I also hold office at Club2Care, a not for profit initiative to help women in distress lead better lives. I am also an office bearer at the Singapore Indian Fine Arts Society to give back to the arts community in Singapore having been a passionate Indian Classical Dancer since the age of 3.
