Responsible for the recruitment of candidates with quantitative and analytical backgrounds. Taking requirements from the client’s portals and Account Manager and working on these requirements as per the priority and urgency.Performed resource and recruitment functions including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and reference checking, and extending of job offers.Develop and analyze hiring strategies for hard to fill positions.Source candidates through the company database, internet, networking, direct sourcing, and employee referral program.Suggests salary offers, based on documented credentials during the interview process, and submits for approval. Extended offer to the chosen applicant and composed/requested offer letters to be mailed as well as processed new hires, ensuring all information / forms needed for payroll processing were submitted.

Provide a high level of customer service in consulting with Clients in comprehensive recruitment and staffing assignments. . Sourced candidates to facilitate increasing candidate flow for current difficult to fill positions.Duties include setting up phone screens and face-to-face interviews between the hiring managers and job candidates. Responsible for all processes post offer acceptance. Well versed in H1b, EAD, GREEN CARD, TN etc work visa.
