Project Coordination,Implementation and Management (VHA/Optus-Apollo, Telstra- WSC Upgrade )Recent Experience:I have been working as a technical team lead for SC Services for the last three years and provided leadership and expertise on deployment of point to point radio systems for Vodafone network under project names Catalina / Phoenix and successfully completed more than 100 radio links in WA, SA and NT. Acting as the main contact point for both customer and the senior management/director on all build matters as and when they arise, I am currently managing NSN Apollo project.with successfully upgraded over 75 Mobile sites for Optus network throughout metro area.I am responsible for complete life cycle of the project starting from initial BoQ to build, acceptance and handover with full control of areas of scheduling, staff allocations and onsite training, material call offs and inventory controls, handling of build quality issues, acceptance documentation control and financials.I also lead a team that engaged in transmission design work for Telstra- WSC upgrade.. Past Experience:I briefly engaged in Optus / Vodafone joint venture network upgrade (eJV) completing two full site builds.I believe in leading by example where It is my style to take part in activities that needed closer attention until team members are fully capable of handling the task at hand to ensure safety and the quality of work.Throughout my project deployment history, I have had closer relationship with customers (Internal and external) and contractors to make sure projects are delivered according to the customer expectations and satisfactions while ensuring safety of all involved are not compromised.

Project deployment support for Telstra 3G rollout- Jersey Project. My responsibilities included, Hazard notifications applications, Material forecast and call offs, Documentation control and customer- field staff liaise.

Alarm management and field staff log in/ log-off coordination.Performance monitoring on newly built network nodes (BTS/ NodeB) using Dingbat tool.Coordinate Faults and performance issues with relevant parties.

Experience in Operation and Maintenance of Alcatel (OCB283) and Ericsson Land and Mobile Switching centers (MSCs) 2G, 3G, 4G (BYB 501, 810 / APZ 212-40 and APG40 Hardware).Experience in Operation and Maintenance of Ericsson HLRs and attend on all complaints of Local and Roaming customers.Experience in IREG testing.
