Ranjay has done post graduation in Economics from Jawaharlal Nehru University. His first job was in National Institute of Public Finance and Policy, New Delhi as researcher. After a brief stint as researchers in many more government organizations, Ranjay joined NIIT with responsibilities of business development. In 2006 Ranjay got involved in one of the biggest IT enabled service delivery initiatives in West Bengal. Ranjay worked successfully as work-flow analyst in the transition phase and later managed the large operations involving a big volume public transaction over a period of 5 years. Ranjay joined the present company, Nevaeh Technology in 2008. In Nevaeh, Ranjay has successfully accomplished his roles of project manager, work-flow analyst, transition manager, pre-sales support etc.
