• Maintain performance metrics ahead of benchmark (order receipt to shipment, fill rates, service request on time performance, TCT, etc) within supply chain system run by Microsoft Asia Pacific Operations Center.• Conduct analysis of tail metrics and conceptualize strategies for process improvements to meet or beat the metrics• Solutions for effective results and sustainable performance improvement.• Manage development of software tools/ changes and implement changes to meet new program roll outs from Microsoft. • Led Quarterly Business Review process.• Evaluate/ execute internal controls and implement necessary changes. • Exception management, maintain good customer partner experience.
