KRA/KPIs:• Monitor and ensure uninterrupted train and passenger movement within the station limit. • Lead and manage the team of 15 members (Housekeeping, Security, and Ticketing Staff) at Station on the daily basis. • Work in the coordination with Operation Control Center to ensure safe train movement• Revenue Management• Asset Ownership and fault management• Attend and rescue passengers in case of any lift traps.• Provide First aid to the passengers and staffs if required. • Extinguish Fire with available equipment in case of fire breakdown at Station. • Deal with the terrorist attacks and threat calls.• Ensure proper key management at Station. • Document management. • Handle Customer complaints and queries.• Present Ideas for better operation process control. • Issue and cancel "Permit to work” for the work within the station Limit as per requirement. • Be vigilant to identify suspicious person or object within Station Limit. • Crowd Management.• Incident and accident management.• Catch and Penalize offenders for violating Metro Rail Business and General rules.

I was privileged to work with the top scientists of this organization. I worked on Ansys to create snow deposition and erosion pattern. In this one month of Internship, I got to learn about Finite Element Analysis and Computational Fluid Dynamics. This was research based internship.My job was to study the different fluid behavior using FLUENT the software.My project during this course was to examine the Snow erosion and deposition pattern so that dangers from snow avalanches can be reduced.
