During my internship, I was given the important responsibility of managing and overseeing the building of a restaurant. I approached the task with efficiency and competence, ensuring the coordination between the construction team, contractors, suppliers, and vendors was seamless and that all logistics were properly managed. I was responsible for the planning and scheduling of construction activities, regularly monitoring progress and making necessary adjustments to complete the project on time, and resolving any site disputes that arose. I worked closely with clients and vendors to set clear project goals, and was in charge of all communication and correspondence throughout the construction process. I also helped with report preparation, conducted safety inspections, and kept accurate records. Additionally, I performed cost and requirement analysis to help keep the project within budget and on schedule.
