Finalizing terms of new contracts with various agencies and reviewing & renewing old contracts, establishing good liaison with the agencies to ensure that they fulfill their obligations.• Asset Management: - Controlling and maintaining all assets (fixed and movable) on charge of the company including their database, movement, annual audit etc.• Housekeeping & AMCs: - Responsible for maintenance and upkeep of buildings, plant and machinery and equipment of the company. This also entails negotiating and signing up Annual Maintenance Contracts. Managing routine establishment functions like housekeeping.• Repair and Maintenance: - Plan, organize and supervise all the office Facilities maintenance operation.• Budgeting and Cost Control: - Doing extensive budget and cost control exercises in line with the company’s policies.• Personnel Function: - Responsible for complete personnel function with regard to contract labor employed by the company. Statutory Compliance: - Ensuring that all statutory compliance is being fulfilled by various contractors providing services to the company. Leading the initiative to document standard operating processes (SOP’s) for all core processes.

Managing the entire Facility and Transport operation for the site at Pune. Responsible for projecting and controlling all Facilities related budget, negotiation with the vendors, managing AMCs for office equipments, optimization of all consumables, SOPs for all core processes, MIS, Compliance, team management, Documentation of policies / procedures / product manuals etc., Audit, BCP and DR planning for multiple sites, etc.
