• Supervise engineer’s team and technicians throughout major project.• Prepare details plans for installation, Maintenance & comprehensive upgrade.• Complete project analysis reports.•Design, Implementation & Maintenance of Copper & FOC network to the customers.•Installation, configuration, integration, testing and Maintenance of CCTV and Access Control System, Barriers and other Security Systems.• Installation & Maintenance of Astrophysics vehicle scanner (HXC-320), baggage scanner, Garret archway, & Various type of UVIS.• Responsible for meeting daily service needs and driving customer satisfaction• Installs, repairs and maintains equipment in the field; provides customer training.• Documents all inspections, maintenance, repair work and submits paperwork in a timely basis• Order, install, and return parts and manages repair parts cycle time• Ensures that tools and test equipment are properly maintained and calibrated• Assesses product/equipment performance based on field support data; recommends modifications or improvements where applicable.

• Ensures smooth process of transmission of Audio/Video & Data Services including troubleshooting of Base band, IF, RF equipments, broadcast and service recovery signals.• 24/7 Technical Operation Centre (Service Desk ) Monitoring and support helpdesk.• Handle all inbound/outbound live feed and tape play-out. Create Service orders, set up equipment to service the orders and update the system completion of service.• Maintain/update Channel Files as assigned by the manager.• Assist in the booking of space segment and liaise with clients.• Handling of clients inquiries & complaints. Coordinate with Service Providers and Customer for service recovery.• Perform troubleshooting when fault is being observed or transmission/IP links are affected through satellite or fiber infrastructure.• Carry out routine maintenance, projects and Ad-hoc task as assigned by the Manager.• Setting up antenna and broadcast equipment for Satellite News Gathering (SNG) operations when required.• Assist all the customer for VSAT system in the vessel to recover their Internet and VOIP service in an i-Direct network.• Perform troubleshooting with the remote location to recover the Internet and VOIP service for on SCPC link and on GNMS of iDirect platform.

Duties/Responsibilities:• Site surveys fix base and angular position of antenna of VSAT & Radio Link System.• Install and Maintain VSAT antenna and others equipment.• Configuration Router for Point to point VSAT Link Up.• Install, Configure and Maintain Radio Link and equipment physical Installation, cabling, link commissioning in point-to-point & Point to Multipoint Environment.• 24X7 monitoring all VSAT & Radio Links. • Huge practical experience in different types of VSAT & Radio Equipments like VSAT Modem (Radyne Comstream, Comtech EF Data (C & L Band) etc.), Out Door Unit (Radyne Comstream, Comtech EF data, Codan & Block up Converter), BER Tester etc and I can easily handle of those instruments And Devices.• Design, Implementation & Maintenance of Copper & FOC network to the customers. • Network system, server (windows 2000/2003/2008) Management & configuration and workstation set up, Network Device Sharing & Printing - File and Printer Sharing between computers, Network troubleshooting and give Solution to the users. Set up Internet and Intranet in enterprise Network.• Installation, and restore MS-Windows Operating System; Software updates & repairs, Configuration changes Internet/Other application software’s.• Email Setup (Outlook Express, Microsoft Outlook, Eudora etc.) & Troubleshooting• DVR, CCTV Camera, IP camera testing and Configure and customization.
