My Working life has been started from Notre Dame College, Dhaka as the part-time student worker at the Bursar section. With this experience I have joined to German Centre under Dishary Student Program again as the part-time Student Worker. German Centre was renamed as Bangla-German Sampreeti (BGS) which was started in 1991 with a huge relief and rehabilitation activities to assist the 29 April 1991 cyclone affected people. Beside I have started Mobile Trade Training School for jobless poor school dropout students with the assistance of Bro. Donald Backer CSC, Principal St. Joseph Trade School, Narinda, Dhaka as the Project Coordinator till 30 September 1999. From 1st October 1999 I have started my journey with BASTOB - Initiative for People Self Development as the Project Coordinator of Mobile Trade Training School Project and one of the founder members. At present my position is Head of Program and responsible for implementing Micro-finance program, Water and Sanitation Project, Safe Labor Migration Project, Health Project and Education Project. I want to continue with this social activities rest of the life.Specialties: NGO Leadership and Management
