Donald Backer CSC, Principal St. Joseph Trade School, Narinda, Dhaka as the Project Coordinator till 30 September 1999. From 1st October 1999 I have started my journey with BASTOB - Initiative for People Self Development as the Project Coordinator of Mobile Trade Training School Project and one of the founder members. At present my position is Head of Program and responsible for implementing Micro-finance program, Water and Sanitation Project, Safe Labor Migration Project, Health Project and Education Project.
