Manager :- 4.50 MTPA PELLETIZATION PLANT-II. :- > Over all responsibility for Important civil structures like, Pressure Filter Building, 50m Dia Thickener, M.C.C. Control, Substation Building and Conveyors with Pipe Support. > Also new civil structure & Maintenance works for pellet plant, Air strip etc.> In addition responsibility for New projects like Bio Gas plant, Bio digestor with Phytorid Bed Technology, RCC road with VDF technology, Housing with LGS structure & Speed Floor (suspended concrete flooring) system.From JUNE’08 to APRIL ’11 worked as Assistant Manager:- 4.5 MTPA PELLET PLANT-I :- Responsible for all civil jobs Important structures like Raw Materials Storage Building, ESP & Fan foundations, Pellet Stacker & Reclaimer, Conveyor foundations, HL Screen building, Water facilities, Pump house, Tanks , Cooling tower, 29 Mtr height Over head water tank, Blower Ducts & supports ,Indurating Furnance Building, Effluent Treatment plant, Oxygen plant, Substation buildings , Sewage Treatment plants etc. COAL GASIFICATION PLANT :- Responsible for all civil Important structures like Gasifier & Boiler house , Gas Quincher, Wet ESP& control room, Chiller Gas House, HP &LP booster foundations , Tar Separation pond, Turbo Generator Foundation & house, Cooling Tower .
