• Underwriting Home Loan and Property Power Loans.• Verify legal and technical reports, and analyze risks in the business and financial standing.• Assess the income, ability, intention, business sustainability & credit behaviour.• Prepare and maintain MIS covering all aspects of the credit process and proposal and circulate to authorities on timely basis.• Analyze audited / certified financials to assess the loan eligibility and prepare Credit Approval Memo.• Manage entire credit assessment process right from the origin till activation.• Manage and supervise vendors like Legal, Valuer and CPV agency to achieve quality and standards benchmark set by bank within stipulated Turnaround time.• Manage the overall decisioning TAT to have an excellent customer experience.• Liaise with sales team to proactively assess and resolve issues faced by client.

• Manage and monitor the overall functioning of Policy Issuance process of Banca channel.• Manage team responsible for new business login of polices of Yes Bank and UCB channel.• Implement underwriting practices (KYC, Premiums etc.) via strict quality checks.• Drove contest for Operations team to increase the motivation level and to achieve team targets.• Prepare monthly productivity report based on KPI & KRA of the team members. • Ensure premium to be receipted in system within TAT and in accordance with 64VB.• Conduct training sessions with Branch Executives, Sales team resulting in a considerable drop down in errors at the time of login.• Monthly Cash and Cheque in hand report for Finance team for reconciliation of monthly premium collection and reconciliation of suspense amount.• Manage channel partner expectations for all operations related items including Paid to Applied target business leakage control, renewal collection targets.
