Duties/Responsibilities:*Assist to set strategies for brand promotion.* Collaborates with the other department managers to support overall department goals and objectives.* Evaluate company culture and provide recommendations on change to accomplish company goals and objectives.* Achieving target in terms of volume, growth, market share and profitability by involving as a team.* Plan and Adopt Approved Strategy.* Provide solutions for automation to any process that have significant efficiency gain / cost reduction for the company.* Manage and Organize Departmental Activities to Achieve Set Goals.* Responsible to meet departmental productivity and quality goals.* Work with each direct report to establish goals and objectives for each year and monitor and advice on the progress to enhance the professional development of staff.* Assist in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department.* Ensure Timely Recruitment of Required Manpower for Even Business Growth.* Execute Approved strategies for market development and implement accordingly.* Follow the instruction of the team leader to attend site and open CVR.* Communicate with customer technical representative to ascertain if the complain and actual scenario are same.* Communicate with concerned PSSD to get a clear idea of the issue at site.* Follow Caterpillar manual and team leader instruction to complete work as per Caterpillar instruction.* Help determine the team if any parts is needed or not.* Prepare Service Report and submit to proper personnel.* Meeting with concerned personnel to review any critical issue.* Participate in special technical teams to find solution to long-pending customer problems.* Supervise to preventive maintenances department.* All departmental reports creation & submit to division head.* New customer creation & service quality development.* Repairing works.* Overhauling works (CAT Engines – All series).
