CurrentRole & responsibilities• Business planning State wise.• Collect inputs and trends from the market to track changes in the customer preferences and trends and changing business scenario• Forecast future customer sales and prepare a product wise and customer wise sales plan for the State and ensure forecast vs order placements.• Carry out dealer development and new dealer identification and on boarding as per yearly sales target for the State.• Carry out target setting with business partners in the State to ensure achievement of organizational sales target• State wise formulation of sales / distributor strategy• Warranty control• Coordinate with all departments to provide fast / quick service to state/customers• Credit Control / achieve target • Annual sales contracts / agreements• Periodic sales review meeting with ASOs, StateSales• Achieve set sales target for all the segments• Drive & lead the regional sales team in the achievement of sales targets & realization and guide the branch heads/ team leaders in relationship development• Develop schemes appropriate for local events and implement the schemes with an expense control to push sales and maximize revenue• Develop annual/monthly sales plan for the region and regularly monitor the realization and collection data• Promote secondary sales through co-ordination with sales and distributors• Co-ordinate with Logistics to ensure timely delivery of booked orders• Conduct regional review meetings with the sales force to identify issues and suggest corrective actions• Carry out Manpower planning for region and co-ordinate with HR to ensure timely filling of vacancies• Ensure timely collections of sales orders from business partners and establish mechanisms for debtors control• Control Internal competitions between distributors & implement healthy competition• After sales service information to channel partners
