• Preparation of detailed piping route, design Supports modeling as per applicable codes & standards.• Reviewing Equipment Vendor GAD’s and finalizing Nozzle orientations as per feasibility and Design basis.• Checking of Isometrics along with BOM in correlation with P&ID end connectivity and validity as per PMS and line list.• Attending internal review sessions with leads and supervisor and incorporating the same in 3D model in a timely manner.• Checking of Isometrics along with BOM in correlation with P&ID end connectivity and validity as per PMS and line list.• Pipe-Supporting arrangement as per client support standards after getting loads from stress group.• Interference checking of piping with other equipments, structures & piping• Issue of piping deliverables like Isometrics, Pipe support schedule, Tie-in point Drawings, Final MTO and Equipment, piping and support GAD’s sticking to client deliverable dates.• Assisting designers in preparing equipment layouts, nozzle orientation drawings etc. and preparing that as per standards and incorporating suggestions from client. • Coordination with job site for issued isometric drawing, support drawing on time• Valve BOQ extraction from P&ID’S• Preparation of pipe & fittings BOQ with the help of equipment layout and P&ID’S• Preparation of instrument hook-up BOQ• Preparation of Equipment list with respect to equipment layout, P&ID’s and design basis• Equipment layout review, vendor equipment GA review, process P&ID review from piping point of review• Equipment list verification from vendor inputs • GA drawing checking with reference to P&ID’S• Involved in review meeting and resolving of clash • Working knowledge of MS-excel, MS-PowerPoint & MS- Word• Filing of check prints & master copies• Reviewing of 3D model using Naviswork• Maintaining Line list tracker and established co-ordination between designer and checker during iso stage•Basic knowledge in ASME, ANSI, ASTM & Indian standards
