CurrentAn EPC company, work turn-key basis mainly for Coal Chemical Plant, Bulk Material Handling Plant, Process equipment, Steel Plant Utilities etc.Working as Resident Construction Manager (Coal Chemical Division).Currently deputed at Bokaro Steel Plant (SAIL), Bokaro, Jharkhand as Resident Construction Manager for installation of Ammonium Sulphate Plant, a Coke-Oven by-product recovery system enable clients to efficiently manage harmful chemicals released during plant operations that potentially have damaging effects on the environment.Experience in installation of various diameter SS / MS Tanks, various process related Equipment, fabrication & erection of MS / SS Gas Pipe line (up to 1400 mm diameter), Process and Utility (MS / SS) pipelines etc.Job Profile:1. Prepare Execution plan / schedule for site mobilization, erection to commissioning within time frame.2. Prepare Micro plan and Bar Chart of erection activities.3. Negotiation and selection of sub-contractors & finalization of work order.4. Check availability of erection items in details, raise indent for balance and short supply materials, follow up Project Manager / Project coordinator for schedule & sequential delivery of materials.5. Oversee & monitor for timely execution of the project without compromising the quality. Organize progress review meetings with site engineers and sub-contractors.6. Liaise with client for smooth execution, attend customer meetings.7. Prepare daily progress report and MIS.8. Generate measurement sheet for erection billing & get vetted by client, follow up for payments.
