Responsible for the development of the concept of Positive Minds, designed the execution plan with emphasis on software development and other business ecosystem requirements. Successful in developing the demo for all stakeholders, child, parent, and school. Discussion with eminent institutions like NIMHANS was initiated and collaboration secured. Worked with statutory bodies on all legal requirements. Led the identification of resources for all functions including advisors. Negotiation and vendor management. Responsible for market outreach and awareness campaigns.

Responsible for the development of software modules and applications to cater to present and future market requirements of education and online examination solutions along with the software development team.  MTL’s first online test was delivered flawlessly for Bangalore Metro in the month of December 2018. Part of the team to develop the CSR plan and its operational rollout.  Worked on the development of question bank software with the IT team based in Pune.  Budgeting, identifying staffing requirements, hiring, and training new employees.

Delivery lead for a large-scale examination. Handled the confidentiality aspects of the examination process.  Subject matter expert for providing inputs for the development of software for an online test engine. Vendor identification and contract negotiation. Part of the team involved with the fund-raising activities.

Joined as Principal Consultant in 2004 and grew through the ranks and over the next seven years was promoted to the role of operation manager, senior operations manager, Associate Vice President to eventually head the delivery function by 2011. Delivery Head for three service verticals, which contributed 80% of the company’s revenue, catering to academia, corporate, and government agencies.  Collaborated with academicians, bureaucrats, corporate leaders and managed a team of high-performing individuals to deliver the project and meet the set goals and targets. These projects were in the domain of training, Entrance examinations, university examination solutions, recruitment tests, and other academic solutions. Worked extensively with government agencies delivering recruitment exams for BESCOM, KSRTC, BMTC, NWKSRTC, MESCOM, and many other departments. Successfully managed the delivery operations for more than 50 statewide entrance examinations conducted by a body of Institutes comprising of Medical, Engineering, and Dental Colleges (COMEDK) and deemed universities from 2004 till 2014.  Set up the university examination solutions team and executed projects for clients KSOU, Mysore & Mangalore University Managed the account for several of India’s IT companies for the delivery on a pan India basis of their Off and On-Campus recruitment initiatives including Infosys, Wipro, IGate, Sasken, etc. spread across 5,000 plus campuses. As delivery head for the training, assessment, and recruitment projects for corporate and government initiatives, managed portfolio of INR 1000 Lakhs per annum with a delivery team of 250 plus members and holding P & L responsibility.  Oversaw delivery of 12 months training program project “Beyond” for the client 24/7 Customer Service and various training projects in government colleges under Project Shayog initiated by Government of Karnataka spread across 4 districts.

Responsible for operations in 24 facilities in Hyderabad, including organizations like Nokia, GE-ING Vysya Bank. Responsible for the recruitment, training, and handling of staff grievances as well as client relationship management. Responsible for day-to-day work schedules and maintenance of all files &records related to operations, personnel, and accounts. Vendor management working with all kinds of vendors for providing smooth and efficient service.
