 Working as a L3 support Engineer for Network & Security (Infra Management) for client. Carrying out Implementation on Routers, Switches, Firewalls, F5, IPS. Configuring NAT & ACCESS rules in ASA 5520, Fortigate 3240c firewalls, IPS monitoring. Configuring site-to-site vpns, remote access vpn on ASA Firewalls. Configuring Vlans, DHCP pools and HSRP on Core Switches. Working on WLC for wireless side for any changes or any new requirement. Working on Firewalls (ASA). Working on Load balancers (VIP creation, URL redirect, IRule update,Certificate renewal). Working on Proxy related work. Working on various Network Management Tools used for various purpose for the client side. Working on Cloud technology in Azure for activities related to creation of Vnet, Vnet Peering etc. Working/visiting at client Data Centre at onshore project for various activities, related to new hardware installation, cabling requirement and other scanning related work.  Network design creation or modification using VISIO 2007 / 2010 Software. Working on Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management adhering SLA on Service-Now Tool. Maintaining & Updating Inventory & Project related Documents. Involved in setting up Solarwinds tool for monitoring purpose for 24*7 team. Involved in Project related release Activities & Maintaining Documents for each and every Activity or any change in Infrastructure. Working on break fix issues like troubleshooting wired and wireless connectivity problems on routers, switches, load balancers and firewalls. Attending bridge calls for serv1 and if requires engaging next level/appropriate team to resolving the issue. Co-ordinating with different Vendors, ISP & other Team.
