1. Supervising and coordinating the export shipments, preparing the shipping documents, arranging the forwarders, follow up with freight forwarders for the on-time deliveries.2. Reviewing and checking the shipping documents, SASO ,CoC, COO, Boe.3. Supervising and coordinating the local deliveries, planning the routes, processing the customs bill and assisting / solving the delivery related issues.4.Checking and negotiating freight rates in the market and obtaining the best competitive rates from the forwarders.5. Coordinating the import shipments, arranging forwarders and follow up for on-time clearance.6. Supervising the shipment receiving until complete the put away and Supervising the picking, scanning, packing, loading and ensuring that shipment is loaded with the all required documents.7. Coordinating/supervising with 3PL warehouse ( Aramex ) for the Inbound and outbound shipments and supervising and solving the 3 PL related issues.8. Supervising all other logistics works and assisting/solving the logistics related issues.9. Reporting to the General Manager, overall responsible to develop, manage and maintain departmental procedures in coordination with other departments.10. Ensure proper control of stock inventory system – wise and physical control.11. Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments.
