Responsible for controlling all documentationrelated activities.* Data Entry of In carry/Dispatch/Updating Contracts/Bill details.* Preparation of Report through V Look up and otherEXCEL formulas.Control and maintain project Record of Incomingproject documents.* Prepare and maintain Attendance records, Incentiveand Overtime report.* Handling high profile personnel of differentNationalities with special attention and taking care ofall the concerns regarding their Attendance.* applications and final clearances etc.* Sending & receiving all project related e-mails.* Monitor staff and worker attendance using AttendanceManagement software (ATT3000) and Microsoft SQLServer Management Studio Express.* Monitor Sub Contractor staff & workers attendance.* Making monthly attendance report, monthly joballocation report of all staff and workers.* Checking the entire invoice submitted by subcontractors.* Site Clearance of staff and workers.* Maintain human resources records by recording newhires, transfers, terminations, changes in jobclassifications, tracking vacation, sick and permission.
