Managing EMS (Flex PTP ) located at Malaysia ( EMS – Electronics Manufacturer Services),Ensure the implementation of the INGENICO manufacturing quality processes and be the interface between EMS and INGENICO as far as quality is concerned.Be the primary Quality contact at EMS site for any issue relating to material & product quality including processes, procedures and shipments

-Manage original component failure issues and interface with Customer to provide support for component related failure. This includes non-limited to RMA unit, field return from direct Customer and lab analysis requirements by Customers. -Coordinate with Site Supplier Engineering team (Global)during new project launching. -Work with suppliers to improve on the quality of parts by meeting and complying Customer’s specifications. Monitor supplier quality performance, IQA daily issues and feedback to supplier on quality improvements- To be the main contact point between Suppliers, Celestica, and Customers on all component quality related issues. Ensure all the Customer product quality requirements are fulfilled - Ensure all supplier quality target is met with minimum rejects that disrupt production line. -Generate reports related to component quality control, DPPM as such and other reporting.-Work with internal LAB to coordinate internal lab as such EDX, Cross Sectioning, FTIR, Dye Pry test. -Managing non-conformance material rejection rate meeting Departmental set target by project basis. -Handling Non-conformance material with supplier’s and with the claiming process through RMA processes. -Handing passive and active component- Familiar with Hitachi ( Hard disk drive cards - Sata / Pata ),HP ( printer cards ) , Motorola ( Handy Scanners ), LoJack ( Immobilizer security system for CAR),Iridium (Satellite Phone Communications), Agilent ( Power meters PCA cards ) , Sonosite ( Portable ultra sound machine ) , Rockwell ( Automation).

- Managing group of IPQA Inspector, Line Leader, Supervisors and Engineers - Responsible for new project start up –NPI till it is qualify for mass Production- Compile weekly and monthly quality reporting for Customer quality reporting -Manage and review 8D report with Customer -Create internal quality procedures - Quality Improvement activity program- Familiar with Panasonic (SD CARD Reader), Motorola (Cell phones) and Free System and Money Line full assemble Credit Card machine
