With over 25 years of work experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, I am currently the Vice President CMC and Technical Operations at Immunovant. Prior to it, I was Vice President and Head Manufacturing and Supply Chain at Ocugen, a biotech company developing innovative therapies for ocular diseases, regenerative cell therapy and vaccines. In this role, I was responsible for the end-to-end manufacturing and supply chain operations and Quality Control for Ocugen's pipeline products, ensuring quality, compliance, and efficiency. Prior to joining Ocugen, I held various leadership positions at AstraZeneca, where I was responsible for the technical strategy and support for all biological commercial drug products and combination products. I also have extensive experience in CMC and technical development, technology transfer, and vaccine development from my previous roles at Pfizer and Ionis Pharmaceuticals. My core competencies include biotechnology, validation, good manufacturing practice, and global cross-functional collaboration. I am passionate about advancing the field of biopharmaceutical manufacturing and supply chain, and delivering innovative and life-changing solutions for patients.
