Here my role is to check the visual inspection of finished bearing cups.And to report the daily data of overall accepted quantity and the rejected quantity.And to calculate the case depth of the carburized parts.

Here I did both destructive and non destructive testings like hardness test, chemical penetrant test, ultrasonic testing, electromagnetic testing, Eddy current testing for the finished forged products.we discuss the process like annealing,age hardening,open and closed die forging.we gave the solutions for forging defects and how to rectify it..
