I was responsible for designing and improving the user experience of our website. I worked closely with cross-functional teams, including CEO, product development, engineering, and marketing, to understand customer needs and develop intuitive and efficient designs.One of my key achievements in this role was the successful redesign of our website by fixing most of the UI/UX issues, which resulted in a 15-20% increase in online sales.

It was a wonderful working experience in one of the first Cannabis companies in Italy; had an opportunity to learn how to manage e-commerce business, work with the public in our dispensaries providing excellent customer service, It is essential in any retail setting, and this is especially true in the cannabis industry where there may be a wide range of customers with varying levels of knowledge and experience with cannabis products.I was involved into understanding of the different types of cannabis products available, such as flowers, edibles, oils, concentrates, and more, as well as their various uses and effects.And also I had a strong understanding of the products that being sold in our dispensaries, including their potential benefits and drawbacks, as well as any potential interactions with other substances. This knowledge helped me to assist customers in finding the right products for their needs.
