From July 2008 till Date Working for Oil Drilling Company(Dalma Energy & Co LLC) in oman as Sr. Logistics Advisor.Duties and Responsibilities:• Handled Rig Moves within GCC (Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Sharjah and Sultanate of Oman) and from China. All the rig move mentioned below includes temporary import documentation, Clearance and delivery at Destination. In 2015 Appointed as Shipping /Transportation Incharge for shipping 5 New 1000 Hp Rigs from china to Oman (Fahud, Lekhwair & Nimr) for the Contracts Awarded by Petroleum Development of Oman. In 2014 – Incharge for Shipping a 2000 Hp Rig from China to Oman for a Contract with petroleum development of Oman. In 2014 – Incharge for Shipping a 3 X 1500 Hp Rig from China to Saudi Arabia for a Contract with Aramco. In 2010 – Incharge for Moving a land Rig from Oman to Qatar for a Short term contract with Ras Gas in Ras Laffan and the same Rig was brought back to oman after the Contract period in 2011. In 2009 – Incharge for Moving 3 Mobile Rigs from Sharjah to Oman for a new contract With Petroleum Development of Oman In 2008 – Incharge for Moving 3 land Rigs from Saudi Arabia to Oman (Lekhwair, Nimr, Fahud) for a New contract with Petroleum Development of Oman.• Currently handling material expedition/shipping for a total of 22 rigs located in Oman (20) and Algeria(2).• Maintaining records of materials to get Duty free exemption to transport the materials within GCC nations.• Responsible for arranging transport to distribute materials to rig locations in Oman.• Expediting/Shipping (Air/Sea/By Road) materials from all over the world to companies rig locations in Oman, Saudi Arabia and Algeria.• Maintaining register for items imported on temporary import and getting it renewed on a regular basis with customs.• Preparing Tender/Bid Documents to prepare Contracts with Freight forwarders and transporters.• Handled Project cargo’s from china, Houston, Oman and Norway.

From February 2005 –June 2008 promoted as Key Account Executive in CEVA Logistics LLC to Handle Shipments of Occidental Petroluem Corporation (OMAN).Key Account Executive:• Communicating with network (Local, Overseas), getting rates from overseas office.• Coordinating with the supplier, vendor all over the world for material pickup (Airfreight/Sea freight) for both Export and Import.• Preparing invoice & submitting with all the back up documents to the customer on a weekly basis• Maintaining Shipment status Report and providing a detailed presentation to the management on a weekly basis about the progress in the business.
