Job Responsibilities: Lead the Team of Estimation engineers of various disciplines like Architectural, Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, safety & communication in order to attain a common goal of timely submission of most cost-effective Commercial proposal meeting bid specifications.Responsibilities include:• Develop cost estimates and coordinate proposals for assigned enquiries.• Provide area specific forecasts and report projects status.• Manage multiple bids and perform as liaison between estimating team and VP.• Review estimates and implement required changes.• Involve in all stages of proposal preparation, ensuring quality, compelling bids are submitted in a timely manner. • Maintain client relations by being lead contact of proposal for client.• Monitor and ensure bid format meet clients standards.• Evaluate Customer Request for Tender/Bid/Quotation documents.• Identify and learn customer requirements for bid purposes.• Coordinate bid inputs from all organizational departments.• Coordinate with subcontractors to receive input on pricing on labor, materials and other costs.• Participate pre and post bid meetings as required.• Tasked with coordinating incoming bid requests and proposal responses, organize and track all requests and responses using company databases and ensure enquiry management system is up to date • Perform as liaison for Project Management when tender is awarded and becomes job.• Review, provide feedback and evaluate performance of Estimators and Sr. Estimators.• Market company’s services to existing and potential clients.MAJOR CLIENTS• DRY DOCKS WORLD, DUBAI• LAMPRELL• PETROFAC• ADNOC GROUP• NPCC• SAUDI ARAMCO• SHELF DRILLING• SAIPEM ENI• ABUDHABI SHIP BUILDING, ABUDHABI• NKOM, QATAR• GULF PIPING COMPANY, ABUDHABI• GDI, QATAR• ASRY BAHRAIN
