Responsible for Project Deployment (Telecom) which includes Planning & Forecasting the activity based on Scheduled Milestone, Procurement, Engineering Team follow up, updating finance team for invoicing, risk analysis and reporting progress.In addition to that, handling the design, development and deployment of unique “PROJECT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM” which is capable of tracking all Project Milestone, Invoicing, Documentation, Correspondence Tracking, Warehouse Management, Corrective & Preventive Maintenance, Asset Management and much more.

Rejoined company as LeadSystem engineer for Voice communication & Voice Recording System. Addition responsibility undertaken are IMS system, Panorama Projection and also for testing related to Voice Cab Radio and GSM-R.

- Responsible for monitor all events that occur throughout the various corporate Network and IT infrastructure.- Responsible for the 1st level of troubleshooting to validate the events occurred in VPN network.- Responsible for leading the team size of 4 persons regarding technical and other non-technical activity.- Responsible for preparing SOP’s for all different kinds of evens and its escalations.- Analyze and detect abnormality events and escalate when required to next tier for logging of tickets, and to work with resolver groups or problem manager.- Monitor and analyze the general performance of the monitoring systems, alerts behavior (e.g, alerts floor) to arrest potential events before fault occurs.- Responsible to provide continuous service Improvement - to regularly monitor and analyze the trend of the alerts for fine-tuning and correlation; to set device in maintenance mode when necessary to reduce recurring tickets/outages/maintenance.- Generate reports for statistical works and compile monthly reports.- Identify potential problems and to escalate to relevant stakeholder for quality resolution.- To follow established processes and escalation path spelt out in the support model to seek resolution from next level technical support.- To provide regular and timely updates where required for the different stakeholders like Infra, STIX, SigNet to improve the network performance.- To log and document known issues for future reference.- Working under NOC (Network Operation Center) environment.- Used with tools like FRMS, Spectrum, Splunk

- Responsible for LAN, Voice Communication Network (OVC & AVC System) and Voice Recorder System- Author for Detailed Design Documents like Technical description, Software description, Hardware description, IP & Numbering Plan, Configuration data, Installation plans, FAT procedures, Testing and Commissioning plan- Involved in the product selection for Voice Communication Systems- Designing, Implementing, Testing and Commissioning of the LAN & WiFi system.- Experienced with routing protocols like RIP, IGRP, EIGRP and OSPF.- Designing IP Plan & Configuring VLAN for inter switch communications.- Providing L3 support and remote configuration & troubleshooting from central node.-Responsible for preparation and delivery of the LAN Network Training to client.-Configuration and troubleshooting of Alcatel PABX (OXE) R9.1 Central node with Call Servers, OmniVista 4760, IP Attendant Console 4059 & Voice Recorder.-Configuration of Gateway for PSTN & GSM-R communication.-Configuration and troubleshooting of COS as per client requirements.-Responsible for implementing the IP Telephony Voice Recording System.-Testing and Commissioning of the Voice Communication system. -Responsible for preparation and delivery of the Voice Communication Training to client.-Responsible for Implementation of the Design as per the client requirement and also to prepare as-built documents.-Responsible for Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) for all Voice Communication system products.-Prepare documentation for test procedure and O&M manual.-Responsible for providing the solution for remote management of all Network elements from the single point.-Participating in interface meetings to interface all our requirements with other systems. -Responsible for the entire indoor cable way layout plan for the project.-Additional systems undertaken are CCTV, PIS & PAS, Master Clock systems.-Internal training on Fundamentals of ERTMS / ETCS Level 2 signalling concepts and its operational methodology.
