CurrentMain Responsibilities:• Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties• Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives• Compile and update employee records• Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)• Participating in the recruitment process for front line and professional staff albeit assessment centers or competency based interviews• Follow performance improvement plans and… Show more Main Responsibilities:• Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties• Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives• Compile and update employee records• Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)• Participating in the recruitment process for front line and professional staff albeit assessment centers or competency based interviews• Follow performance improvement plans and performance management systems, ensuring that outcomes are analyzed and training needs are identified.• Work closely with Division Managers on additional performance assessment toolsDrive the various recognition programs• Working closely with Operation Manager on people’s training catalog in adherence to yearly training budget• Coordinate with Division/Department Managers regarding individual and team training scheduling• Extract employees and managers’ feedback on the training and channel it to management for approval.• Facilitate internal workshops or learning events as required• Attend to employees’ grievances and any related investigation by meeting the concerned people and establishing conclusions/action plans to be taken• Escalate any complex issue to management for smooth resolution• Meet new joiners (front line & back office team members) and ensure they get a proper induction about the Group, Brand and the HR function Show less
