I am a biotechnology researcher with an MSc in Biotechnology, achieving an All India 8th rank in the ICAR MSc Entrance and clearing the GATE-BT 2021 for PhD entrance. My expertise covers a broad spectrum of biotechnology, including molecular biology, cell culture, animal handling, and microbiology.In molecular biology, I excel in proteomics techniques such as SDS-PAGE, Western blotting, and LC-MS/MS sample process, as well as metabolomics sample process and various PCR methods, including qPCR. I have extensive experience with cell culture, handling and maintaining HepG2, iPSC, NPC, Astrocyte, Keratinocyte, Melanocytes and Fibroblast cell lines, and performing flow cytometry on these lines. My animal handling skills extend to rodents (rats and mice) and large animals like buffaloes and goats.In microbiology, I specialize in bacteriophage isolation, bacterial transformation, and various microscopy techniques, including fluorescent microscopy (Tissue and Cells) and TEM (bacteriophage sample preparation).
