I have over 20 years of diverse Canadian leadership experience in engineering, project management, hydro electric development, sub surface energy management, cyber security, Indigenous business development, supply chain, board governance and business leadership. I am also a registered Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) and have professional certifications in Board Governance and Project Management.I am currently the President & CEO of PTRC, a world-leader in sustainable subsurface energy and carbon capture, utilization and storage (CCUS) and geothermal management. My mission is to lead a world-class team of experienced subject matter experts (SMEs) in delivering innovative and impactful ESG solutions for our clients and partners, while advancing Canada's net-zero 2050 targets. One of our flagship projects is Aquistore, the most comprehensive full-scale geological field laboratory for CO2 storage in the world, which has safely stored over 500,000 tons of CO2 since 2014. In my previous role at SaskPower - I was a lead negotiator with Indigenous communities and created over $360 million dollars of new economy for Indigenous vendors and communities. I am passionate about learning, collaborating, and solving complex problems with minimal resources.I have received the Premier's Award for Excellence in the Public Service, the Queen Elizabeth II Platinum Jubilee Medal, the CBC Saskatchewan Future 40 Finalist, and recently University of Regina, Faculty of engineering and applied science 50th anniversary gala recognition as one of the Accomplished Alumni in past 50 years, for my contributions to the province of Saskatchewan and Canada.
