Current- Support Engineer (Working as a vendor through Spectrum Consultants India Pvt Ltd)
- Working in the Azure Subscription Management Team.
- Providing complete understanding of pricing and metering of the Azure Services.
- Responsible for ensuring progression of incidents according to specific SLAs.
- Providing support to Windows Azure subscribers over service requests/emails.
- To ensure a thorough understanding of the issues and follow-up on escalations and issue tracking.
