As a UX UI Designer at Flysol Cloud Technologies, I have been entrusted with significant responsibilities since my joining in August 2024. My role involves leading the design and development of user-focused digital interfaces and enhancing user experience across various technology platforms.Primarily, I conceptualize and build a wide array of creative UI designs that are aesthetically pleasing and functional. This ensures a seamless user-experience, improving user satisfaction and interaction with the app. I consistently adopt a problem-solving approach, identifying user pain-points, researching user behavioural patterns, and ensuring design solutions align with the specific needs of our user base.I also play a crucial role in creating a cohesive look and feel across all our digital platforms by defining consistent design themes and standards. I frequently interact with different teams, including product management and engineering, to communicate the design process and guide them through implementation. In addition, I drove the formulation and implementation of our company’s first comprehensive UX research methodology, which played an instrumental role in enhancing our products' usability.Using my suite of design skills coupled with my knowledge of interactive design principles, I’ve substantially contributed to creating a user experience that is engaging, intuitive and user-friendly.To keep up with the evolving industry trends and consumer needs, continuing learning is a constant aspect of my work.

At PetEYE, I lead design strategy and execution for our digital products, enhancing usability and seamless user experiences to foster increased customer satisfaction and loyalty. I conceptualized and built intuitive user interfaces, driving innovation through the application of user-centric design principles. My everyday responsibilities encompass not only the visual aspect of the products but also the behind-the-scenes features that we offer our users. I am regularly involved in conducting user research, synthesizing insights to understand our customers' needs and pain points, and aligning these insights with the company's business objectives.
