Project Oversight: Managing HR digitization projects from start to finish, including requirement gathering, UAT testing, and post-implementation support.Coordination with Development: Acting as the main point of contact for HR portal maintenance and enhancements, working closely with the development team.Issue Resolution: Addressing errors and queries related to HR portals and providing assistance to HR users.IT Security: Collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure HR portal security and compliance.Reporting and Training: Creating documentation, conducting training sessions, and overseeing BI reporting for informed decision-making.
