Co-ordinating with client for material submissions and approvals.Preparation of documents as per ISO procedures for internal and External audits.Maintaining all the documents in QMS portal.Conducting Daily, Weekly and Monthly progress review meetings with the project team and subcontractor to identify the delays, hindrances, and requirements.Liaising with the Designer, Third-party reviewer, Client's PMC consultant, and client for streamlined drawings approvals.Updating & analyzing the Actual time cycle against the Planned time cycle for offshore piling works, Onshore piling works, in-situ concrete works and Building works.Primavera P6Updating the Actual progress against baseline schedule for client submission.Preparation of Annual budget schedule with appropriate relationship of activities, manpower, material, manpower, material and machinery plan. Analyzing the critical activities and its path to mitigate the time and cost overrun of the project.Preparation of impacted schedule for submission of Extension of Time. Preparation of Three-Month Look Ahead plan.
