Monitoring and troubleshooting Switches, AP, WLC, Routers, Firewall and load balancer from vendors like CISCO, Juniper, Fortinet, F5. Configuring the switching and routing technologies on Cisco Switches (L2, L3) & Routers. ITIL processes like maintaining SLA, Change and Incident management in day-to-day operations. Monitoring through Spectrum tool, Cisco prime and ticketing through Service first tool. Performing root cause analysis for critical and high-impact incidents/events. Coordinating with Global ISPs for WAN and GWAN link-related issues, raising TAC cases and finding out the Root cause for the outage. Engaging TAC for P1 and P2 incidents to perform live troubleshooting and getting suggestions for healthy network performance. Coordinating with Global DC teams to access the device remotely through console and perform hardware changes in the device a environment for better performance. Providing 24x7 Network support for the client network infrastructure. Arranging site visits to ISP vendors for GWAN & WAN link related issues and up gradation. Attending client SOD calls to report critical issues related to network infra.  Performing pre- & post-health checks for network devices with Global DC & local infrastructure teams for annual power down activity during weekends. Handling shift management as shift lead, assigning tasks to team members, cross verifying the team members day to day activities & knowledge sharing on the technical as well as process side.
