Monitoring/Planning for General, Production Consumables (In direct procurement) & Raw Materials (Direct procurement) for entire Service centre & fabrication unit by ensuring optimum inventory levels without hampering the Production. • Converting Purchase Requisitions into Purchase Orders (P.R to P.O).• Achieving business benefits (Savings through negotiations with suppliers). • Comparing RFQs to make Quotation Comparative Statement (QCS) for Final Order Placement. • Tracking of the Purchase Orders and sending expediters at appropriate intervals for ensuring the receipt of material well in time. (Follow Up for delivery).• Creating Techno Commercial documents for Publishing Tenders in order to procure the material through E-Procurement Process • Co-ordinate with  Indentors for their Requirements to provide right spares as per specification & suppliers for quality issues / any rejection  Suppliers & Transporters for Timely Delivery Finance team for Liability list , timely Payments , Bill Booking and advance settlement• Ensuring optimized procurement of all production, construction and maintenance materials, including spare parts • Monitoring of Entire Stores Activities, Goods Issues, Receipts, Consumption Booking, Validating System & Physical Stock, Returnable & Non-Returnable gate pass Issue and tracking.• As contract Management, Preparing AMC’s for Equipment Maintenance as & when required, Manpower Contract for Production Lines & General Administrative Contracts Transport, Water, Garden, Canteen, Printer etc.
