•Analyzing and standardizing cycle time in the plant operation and supply chain activities by time and Motion study MTM.•Designing and developing material Handling system to easy and ergonomic free operation.•Improving Work station & layout to optimize material flow, man and machine utilization by MTM method which allows minimum time to complete job.•Simulate options of work station and other improvement before actual implementation.•Analyze and recommend man power requirement to management for achieve production volume.•Calculating OPE to utilize and optimize man power in the plant.•Monitoring & capturing Industrial efficiency losses by observing OEE, Yield, Rejection rate etc. & reduce losses by initiate lean & IE concept.•Suitable and optimize work method finalize for new product & new process.•Standardize work and training to stack holders to achieve defined cycle time. •Review and capacity enhancement of existing lines and improve or install new lines.• Study the current processes and optimize based on IE methods, conduct cycle time study, line balanced to takt & work towards to improve productivity, improve Utilization & process efficiency.•Improve & change the layouts for better in ergonomics, material/ product flow and material handling in line with lean manufacturing principals.•Responsible to prepare business cases for Capex and Opex budget requirement form industrial engineering related projects.•To Support in closing area related customer concerns, complaints, DCR’s & All related NC's in External or Internal Audit with in Time frame as per company Target.

Testing Engineer

•Actively handling several projects for avoiding rejection and reworks.•Coordinating with team members to achieve management targets. • Ensuring day-to-day production planning, scheduling and controlling.•Doing man power allocation as per skill sets.•Process develops for lead time redaction. •Attentively maintain 5’s activities and working towards ZERO BAD.•Implementing POKA YOKE at required area.•Controlling and reducing in house rejections through 7QC tools.•Maintain specified raw material and finished goods inventory through KANBAN.•Regular participating in suggestion scheme, kaizen activities and JH steps.•Implementing TPM in shop floor.•Imparting training to new trainees for the topics OEE, TPM, OJT and standardized work.•Monitoring OEE hourly and shift basis.•Improve assembly line layouts and flow•Provide detailed data collection and analysis (time studies, material flow, waste analysis)
