Ranjith is an Orthopaedic Surgeon with over a decade of experience in the GCC (Read-Muscat, Oman) and India, delivering acute and elective care to patients across a variety of sub-specialties in Orthopaedics. Ranjith post completing his graduation received his training as an Orthopaedic Surgeon from one of the top medical schools in India. Post completing his PG he went on for his training in ‘Advanced Arthroscopy’ and ‘Joints’. Ranjith had the privilege to be trained under leading stalwarts in the field of Orthopaedics.As a ‘Key Opinion Leader’ in Arthroscopic Surgery - Ranjith has been involved in the evolution of the field through his contribution in a host of clinical, skill building and continuous education efforts. He is passionate about education; leadership; healthcare; and social entrepreneurship.Ranjith, in his quest to promote and support entrepreneurship - has been involved in advisory roles for key initiatives in the Healthcare space. His work has applied innovative change management to implement patient safety initiatives in challenging healthcare settings. This has provided extensive knowledge of designing, delivering, and bringing about quality improvement, and capacity building, with a focus on cost, quality and value.Ranjith is an established speaker and lecturer with excellent communications skills.He cares deeply about improving the ways things run for the benefit of his end users as well as the staff on the ground; using his ability to contribute and respect for people.
