- Helping the users to effectively use technology in their work.- Handling the request tasks including installations of various software’s on Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 10 Operating Systems and other supported operating Systems, also solve queries of users related to their mobile devices in their work.- Escalated the Internet Down issues to ISP and work with the senior members.- Handling 4 Computer Labs (each lab have 40 Computers), Installing and upgrading the windows 7 and windows 10 systems with the students current course module- Perform daily duties regarding the office worker issues and problems related to hardware and software of computer- Managing and maintenance of 150 CCTV Surveillance IP cameras and functionality of NVR system- Troubleshooting the issues and solve the network printer problems- Coordinating with vendors- Identifying and solving any problems  that  affect  computer operating systems- Managing wireless networks in school premises with Wi-Fi routers- Managing local telephones with FreePBX Administration of 100 extensions

Installing and upgrading the Systems• Assisting office workers with their computer desktop/Laptop systems• Configuring Microsoft Outlook / Outlook Express• Testing of computers and ensuring that computer systems are functioning properly• Troubleshooting the issues and solve the network printer problems• Coordinating with vendors of HP, Dell Desktop & Laptops regarding the warranty• Physical setting up of computers and software system installation for various computer applications and programs• Identifying and solving any problems that affect computer operating systems• Discussing with individual staff members who work on the computers what the problems is in order to figure out how to help solve the problem. Individual assessments of computer systems to identify the problem(s)• Maintenance and upgrading of computer systems or offering recommendations on upgrades needed• Connecting computers within the same organization to enhance communication• Training staff and orienting them on how to use computer hardware and software systems

• Taking classes of DOEACC ‘O’ Level, ‘A’ Level & BCA students.• Taking classes of DSCT&ADSCT Courses of TCIL computer education and training center.• Responsible for providing IT assistance to include application support, hardware and software installation and troubleshooting.• Configuring Microsoft Outlook / Outlook Express.• Troubleshoot all Network Problems to ensure minimum Downtime and maximum availability of Network.• To report to Head, regarding functioning of the Lab and the requirement of the Lab from time to time.• Backup & Restoration.• Handle the Networking for the 20-25 Computers in the Lab through Hubs.• Gives support and guidance to the students for making their projects.
