During 2021-2022, 39 boreholes were opened in rural areas of Uganda, serving around 120.000 children and their families with fresh water. 18.000 children were cured from Scabies in Karamoja and 5 children in the Philippines were given a brighter future through lip and cleft-palate surgery. Responsible for various projects within IKEA (IoS) Communication, Range & Design. Project Management within Creative Concepts, together with external and collaborating partners. Last projects were “Meet the experts” in New York (Partner: UNYQ, 2018) which was about IKEA:s learnings around how to meet disabilities, as well as IKEAS:s vision in sustainable growing in Mega cities. The venue was “Chelsea Flower Show” in London. The IKEA garden received Silver Medal. Reach out target worldwide: 300 M. Reached target 1.000 M (Partner: Tom Dixon, 2019).

In my previous position as Market Development Manager, I handled the international portfolio of the worlds most famous handmade cigar brands like Davidoff, Dunhill, CAO, Macanudo, among others. Moreover, I was responsible for the development of new markets and the Face-to-face Marketing strategies for our total portfolio on the Danish market.The daily tasks were varying and changeable, and took me all the way from concept- and product design to marketing and strategy planning, economic calculations, budgeting, launching strategies and trade marketing activities.My responsibilities covered around 15 brands with a total number of 300 products.

I worked as an International Project Manager for the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Southern Sweden Development Company in Malmö. The projects, which I managed, were Small Business Projects, performed in Palestine and my primary location during the period was in Jerusalem.As project manager my job was, in addition to drive and develop the projects together with clients and funders, to develop training materials and conduct training in specific areas such as management, project planning, sales and marketing. Also procurement of external consulting services within the project was part of the duties.The Palestine projects were one of the best so far undertaken in the region and the most profitable for the Chamber of Commerce. Other countries in which I worked, were Russia and Sri Lanka, where I conducted courses in Marketing and Market Planning. I have also done team-building activities in Sri Lanka for coordinators within a Tsunami project.

Travelflow belonged to the group of 10 of the biggest business travel agencies in Sweden and had 50 employees with a turnover of 300 MSEK. After 9/11 I got the assignment as Travel Agency Manager since the travel business were facing a tough time due to the attack in the US. The work included building strategies and CRM as well as leading the organisational changes to meet the new situation.

Being an entrepreneur I´ve had a few companies of my own within Trading and Global Travel Retail businesses. My role has been management (leading the business and people working for me). My companies have dealt with rules and regulations in constant changes, where my relations with authorities in the different countries helped a lot.
