I am a founder and CEO of the Eupolis Group Ltd. (2000), a company with a bold mission to serve people, organizations, communities and the planet through their holistic empowerment, recreation and regeneration. Our vision is in our name; a synergy of healthy, prosperous and righteous people, organizations and communities (Gk. “Eu”+“Polis”). We do this through training, consultancy, agile strategies and action plans, "multiple intelligence" investments, projects, products, creative productions and collaborative platforms based on the regenerative Humanity 4.0 eco-social economy concepts and principles. Our AdVentures (added value, eco-social impact ventures) cover all sizes of investments from small local/glocal to daring global projects. We partner with public, private and civic organizations in strategic, institutional, project and business development in order to open new portals co-creative regeneration of people, organizations, communities and ecosystems. Our clients, partners and collaborators include local, regional, national and international public authorities and organizations (e.g. European Commission, UN bodies, GSTC, GSEN, CLIA, cities such as Split, Dubrovnik, Šibenik, Biograd, Croatian island and rural communities, etc.), institutions (national and nature parks), civil society organizations, developers, innovators, private businesses, etc. We have co-designed, co-funded and co-managed many awarded and/or internationally recognized initiatives. We were or are still involved in glocal regeneration projects such as St. Michael's Fortress in Šibenik which initiated a holistic regeneration of the Šibenik fortresses and the city, Respect the City R&D&I project in Dubrovnik, BioSfera in Biograd, Underground City in the Heart of Velebit Mountain and Island Regeneration Cluster with Insularium at Murter Kornati islands.

Cluster for Eco-Social Innovaton and Development CEDRA Split is an eco-social innovation and entrepreneurship hub, incubator, co-working space and think-and-do-tank for a regeneration of people, organizations and communities. It hosts a business support institution, a local partnership for employment (with more than 40 organizations from all sectors) and thematic innovation clusters in regenerative local development, regenerative tourism, agriculture and education. It implements a dozen of local, regional and international projects including Active Youth for Employment AYEN and TASK4COME tackling youth, migrants, culture and other issues of the today's world.

I was a co-founder, secretary and vice-president of one of the Croatia most esteemed non-governmental organizations Healthy City, a developmental civic society organization dealing in healthy and sustainable community promotion and development, healthy living, human and social capital development, international project development and management, public health and social entrepreneurship. I was doing project development, fund-raising, project and programme management of projects of total value of few million of US$. Some of the projects I have initiated or participated were awarded as a best regional projects and some contributed to national and regional awards (best NGO, EU best practice projects, national recognition and replication of the social innovations, etc.).
