My job was in a non-profit organization. I was responsible for daily bookkeeping operations, bank reconciliation, payroll, tax preparation, grant tracking and monitoring, and financial statement preparation such as Balance sheet, Profit and loss, and Cash Flow. I participated in creating project budgets from the start to their further financial implementation. Every year-end in December I prepared a presentation of the annual financial report at the General Meeting, that included funding for the entire year, sources of income - grants, voluntary donations, and what these funds were used for. During my work as an accountant, the organization successfully implemented over 100 projects from USAID, UNFPA, ILGA Europe, Mamacash, ViiV, Astraea, and others
