Responsibilities:•Maintain accurate store inventory levels.•Regularly maintain appropriate levels of store supplies.•Perform POS terminal analysis and reservation maintenance to ensure customer needs are met and to prevent losses.•Partner and communicate with sales professionals and management to respond efficiently to customer requests, handle and follow up on merchandise transfer requests and process point of sales quickly and accurately.•Capture meaningful customer data for the purposes of connecting with the client, building relationships, and personalizing future client development opportunities to provide an elevated/exceptional experience in all customer interactions.•Follow-up on and resolve all customer issues to create an exceptional customer experience in every interaction.•Serve as a store ambassador to provide the Tiffany standard of service excellence as needed by responding graciously to all incoming telephone calls, emails and in person interactions.•Ensure proficient cross functionality in all areas of Operations department.•Proactively partner with store management to communicate areas in need of additional focus and/or training.•Multitask as needed to ensure all daily, weekly and monthly responsibilities are completed in a timely manner. •Look for business process improvements and efficiencies throughout store environment by assisting colleagues and proactively communicating innovative ideas to management.
