Part of a two man Information Technology Infrastructure team, I am in charge of user functionality, server maintenance, and equipment maintenance. In charge of maintaining and supporting the BCIT Downtown campus network. Responsibilities include resource management, network maintenance, troubleshooting, class preparation, teacher and student support, building and maintaining systems.

As a Host, responsibilities include working with servers to sit guests in the correct sections of the restaurant, buzzing tables, checking for restaurant cleanliness, and assuring guests are getting the best experience possible. During busier days, helps servers close checks, get food to tables, and work with the managers to be as efficient as possible.As a Bartender, responsibilities take a focus on the customer and their satisfaction. Making drinks, desserts, and preparing take out orders are a daily task. Servers are the last line of quality control, making sure everything is as it should be before presenting to the guest. Requires a complete understanding of the menu (sit in and take out), knowledge of drink and dessert recipes, patience, a can-do attitude, and attention to detail.
