At PDS, I have been creating email templates in Content Builder, migrating automated and triggered send emails from html to Content Builder, migrating UI to Journey Builder, and building automations and queries to aggregate email send data from various sources into one data extension for Datorama to pull in. Along the way, I have been expanding my skill set to handle much more complex queries, journeys, SSJS, and working with an amazing team to modernize and craft excellent marketing efforts to an audience of 3,000,000.

Since Sep. 2017, I have been working with the Salesforce platform. So far, I have earned six certificates: Salesforce Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I, Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, and Marketing Cloud Developer.During this time, I have managed most of the Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud administrative needs of a company with over 300 users, built SF apps for onboarding and prospects, and handled Flows, Apex, and Visualforce pages with agile development. For much of this time as well, I have handled my present employer’s Marketing Cloud IT needs; I have implemented and managed email and SMS, built custom preference centers, and created numerous automations and journeys for various campaigns.
