Define strategy, roadmap and go to market plan.• Drive strategic change moving from Hardware (Tokens) to Software Tokens (mobile)

• Lead product management and marketing activities around the creation of BMC's Identity Management Suite. Define strategy and positioning across the different products and successfully get a unified solution to market• Successfully work with the development organization to deliver the solution. Manage cross functional teams including multiple remote locations in (Israel, India, France and US). Experience in Agile/SCRUM development• Build strategy and go to market plan for a new offering in the compliance space, tightly working with R&D, marketing and sales.
