I assist our clients in auditing system projects and IT controls. The focus is on project and financial reporting risks.The aim of the work is to ensure that the customer's project management, integrations, migrations, process descriptions, internal controls and all documentation are at the required level.I work with many different systems (e.g. S/4 Hana, IFS, D365, ServiceNow) and in several different industries. The observations and recommendations given will help to improve the quality of the solutions. The goal is for the customer to have a robust system solution that produces reliable financial and controlling figures.

I worked in IT department and took care of financial concept ownership in multiple areas: Accounts Payable, Intercompany invoicing, Electronic Purchase Invoicing, Freight & Transportation and Inventory. My tasks consisted of keeping process description documentation updated, understand processes of responsibility areas thoroughly, participate in development projects and proactively think about the improvement possibilities. Project work was about turning new ideas from finance, procurement and logistics organizations into reality with minor or major projects. It included developing new solutions together with project team, validating new solutions together with finance teams, defining end-to-end testing scope and actual testing of new solutions. Important part was also to provide highest level user support for finance teams.I was a member in several key projects: ERP deployment in Russia, legal entity consolidation -project between Nokia and Alcatel-Lucent companies, freight invoice processing automatization and implementation of SAP Ariba.

I was global concept specialist in accounts payable team. Concept specialist is a subject matter expert and act as a key user for the team.I solved the most difficult problem cases, created instructions for the team and worked as a trainer for finance teams. I worked in close co-operation with team manager: Helping to create yearly team targets, providing improvement ideas and substituting & supporting.The most important project during this time was the implementation and enhancement of electronic purchase invoicing. I was part of the project group the whole time.
